Celebrities often seem to be hiding their originality. They always keep their real facts as a secret to their best level, due to many protective purposes. According to them, to hide their personal life gives them reliability and protection. By doing this they can show up their positivity more effectively and build their career path without any unimportant verification or security checks. The issue of race and ethnicity has become a great issue for celebrities. An inner fear always surrounds them which makes them more careful. As a result, it’s not asked or mentioned much by these people.

1- Nicole Richie

     
 She was adopted by her biological parents who had a Spanish and Creole background when she was merely a two years old baby. However, she was adopted by parents of African American ethnicity. Of course not by bloodline but Nicole is known as the daughter of Lionel Richie. Nicole’s biological father Peter Michael Escovedo is an Afro-Mexican. Moreover, she also has Creole and Spanish ancestry.

2- Cash Warren

          Cash Warren is often considered Caucasian and Latino but actually, he is black. His father was a famous actor. His dad (Michael Warren) starred in the series named Hills Street Blues.

3- Daniel Sunjata


        
This is a super sexy actor, who is well known for his part in the “FX series Rescue Me”. He is usually mistaken for being Latino. However, in fact, he is half Caucasian and half African American.

4- Maya Rudolph



      Maya has an ambiguous aura when it comes to her race and ethnicity. Maya has talent running in her genes as she is the daughter of singer and songwriter Minnie Riperton and music composer Richard Rudolph.

5- Soledad O’Brien
  
  SOLEDAD O Brien is the television anchor and correspondent. He usually hosts a series on CNN titled “Black in America”. We may have the inkling as to why. Soledad’s mother is Afro-Cuban and her father is of Australian descent.

6- Wentworth Miller
  
     He played the role of a black man in "The Human Stain”. The sexy ‘Prison Break’ star was born in England but his roots don’t end there. Wentworth has a mixed heritage that includes African-American, Jamaican, English, German, Jewish and Cherokee background on his father’s side and Russian, French, Dutch, Syrian and Lebanese ancestry on his mother’s.

7- Rashida Jones



     She is a Daughter of a very famous music mogul Quincy Jones. Her mom is Peggy Lipton. Few it’s no surprise that Rashida is as talented as she is. Her parents had a bi-racial relationship.

8- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson


     
Most people are in doubt about Dwayne “The Rock” race. Dwayne's mother is actually Samoan and his father is an African Canadian. This wrestler turned actor and this is definitely a looker, but to what race or nationality. His father is of Black Nova Scotian origin while his mother is Samoan.

9- Vin Diesel
          
His stepfather is African American but his mother is white. Though he has never made his real father’s identity public, he accepts that his father might be African American. The Fast and Furious actor identifies himself as “a person of color”. VIN never met his biological father but his mother is of Scottish, English and German descent. His step-father is African-American.

10- Zayn Malik


    
Zayn Malik’s parents are from English and Pakistan. While mother Tricia Brannan Malik is English and partly Irish, his father is a British Pakistani.
